My name is Katarina, but you can call me Kat, your daily inspiration to move 🌟
I'm on a mission to transform sedentary folks into supple leopards, move better & feel lighter.
I'm here to help you with your aches and stiffness, or upgrade your current strength & mobility to elite level.
As a strength & weight loss coach, mobility & yoga teacher, walking fanatic, former bodybuilding athlete, and vegan, I help guys like you to

I decided to become a full-time strength, mobility & yoga coach after doing it only part-time next to my (obviously not meant to be) architect career.

I wanted to use my skill to motivate and inspire others to move after realising that a sedentary lifestyle is too inactive for my energy levels.

HOW DOES WORKING WITH ME 1:1 LOOK LIKE?​
​
Week 0. We get on a call so I can understand your specific needs better and see what´s the best possible strategy to get your desired outcome.
​
Week 1. Before you get any plans from me, we meet on a live assessment session. I offer highly individualized solutions, therefore I want to know your current level and any limitations you have.
Week 2. You are applying the exercises and nutritional guidance, send me feedback, both video and text. All plans & support are delivered through an app.
​
Week 3. You start feeling lighter & your mobility and strength are noticably improving. I keep you accountable through daily follow-ups and weekly compliance checks.

Week 4. ´Hey Kat, can I switch to doing live sessions every week?´

I have a strong belief that if you´re good at something, it´s your duty to share it with the world. You wouldn´t be given a talent if it wouldn´t be beneficial to someone.

I´m all about enhancing your life enjoyment and longevity. Both strength & mobility are needed to move pain-free and have highly functional body long-term.
I have transformed 100s of folks from sedentary to supple. Brought many marathon runners, triathletes and professional athletes to elite levels of mobility. And I can do that for you too.
